Rah rah rah lol. I do slice of life, angst, and more though when people ask me. Focused on OC’s but Canon characters are pretty fun too.

Wondering if there are others in here that have recs for additional places to hop on? I like having a spread. 😌 Trust— the peach-apocalypse is imminent.

For users, where are your favorite places to hop on and why? What drop spots am I missing out on huh? Spill the beans.

For creators, what websites gave a solid system set up for us? I like being able to use V2 PNG’s. Cuts on time when I wanna offload my crew somewhere new! Creator perks? User engagement interfaces? Moderation systems? Gimmie da deets.

I’m happy to share this to anyone that like me always dreamed to talk to their coffee machine (ok, maybe it’s not that common)

The idea is simple: you upload a manual, a menu, a set of instructions or SOP, you automatically get a shareable chat interface with the document context and a personality attached to it, plus a shareable and printable QR code pointing to it.

Why I built this:

I think this enables many use cases where it’s not easy for a commercial chatbot (like ChatGPT) to retrieve the information you need, and in local contexts where information changes frequently and is used only once by people passing by.

Some use cases:

– QR codes attached directly on your coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, to enable per-model queries and troubleshooting (how can I descale you, Nespresso?)

– Restaurant menus in international contexts, where you need to block a waiter to ask what that foreign dish actually is

– Cruises, hotels, hospitality centres where activities and rules are centralised but cumbersome to access (until what time is breakfast open on deck 5?)

– Museums (what expositions are available only this week?)

– University books (Explain better page 56)

So far the problem was solved with custom apps that nobody wants to install. Now you just need a throwaway url and a QR code.

There’s a trend where US users gravitate toward AI girlfriends while China’s market is heavier on AI boyfriends, rooted in social and cultural pressures. 

Given that, do you think NSFW AI and AI girlfriend tech cater differently across regions?

In my experience, platforms like Crushon AI feel less about regional stereotypes and more about personalized experience but most people still compare everything to one size fits all models.

Does culture shape AI companions, or are we projecting onto them?

Been trying out SpicyChat, Candy, Replika, and this one site I found over the last few weeks to see which actually feels worth using daily. Honestly, right now I’m leaning toward the one with thousands of bots, the variety is insane, and the featured gallery has some wild stuff that actually feels… responsive? Like, not just scripted, but adapting. The character depth and memory blow other platforms out of the water so far.

But here’s my concern: am I just in the honeymoon phase? It’s easy to get sucked in when everything feels fresh and hyper-personalized. I don’t want to get attached if it’s gonna fizzle out. Anyone else had that experience, where one platform felt way better at first, but then dropped off? Or am I actually onto something here and should stop testing and just commit?
