We have created a tutorial on the creation of phonebots, i.e. chatbots (or rather virtual agents) for the telephone channel.

The telephone channel remains among the preferred ones for customer service, in many sectors. With phonebots it is possible to create automated call response management, virtual receptionist, provide self-service information (e.g. order status), etc…

​

The tutorial is mainly suitable for developers or power users.

Hi im ussing Jan . AI. Im new in this worlds and I dont know how to set up or to modify a model.

Im using Noromaid 7B Q5 ( as I want to do roleplay and this was the description of it.). My problem is that I dont know what to write in “Prompt Template” , “Instruction” , “Retrieval Template”.

My goal is to have a chat with the bot where he can describe to me the situation, place or location and the actions that are happening, beside of course the conversation between us.
Online I couldnt find usefull information about how to set it up, or as far I saw I cant realy understand what to put where.

I will like to have a conversation as follow:

Eg. *X is going toward the market in the evening. He needed to buy stuff for his dinner as he was living alone.*

HI there miss.

*X greets the market owner*

This is the look of conversation I see and works in most AI chats app.

I know that lots of you are tired explaining over and over the same stuff but im so new to this that I dont even know where to find my those information.

Hey everyone! Recently, I had this amazing conversation with a customer service chatbot. It was so fluid and natural that for a moment, I forgot I wasn’t chatting with a human. This got me wondering about the progress in AI and how it’s becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish between bots and humans in conversations. Have you guys ever experienced something similar? What was the interaction like, and what chatbot was it? Would love to hear your stories!

After making a few chatbots on several platforms, I want to try make chatbots for others on reddit. If you’d like to request a bot, please DM me with the main details of the bot your thinking of. Such as a brief summary of their character, whether to make it public or unlisted, what platform to make it on, etc. The current platforms I work with include C.ai, Chai and Yodayo, but you can also request to make it somewhere else (Note that this may effect the bots quality). I will not charge anything to make them and I will gladly design whatever you would like NSFW or otherwise. Depending on how many requests I get, I might not get to make them for everyone but I will do my best to pick the ones I find the most interesting and unique.
