Hi — I’m a PhD researcher in Communication at University of Southern California. I am conducting a research project focused on understanding how users perceive empathy in conversational AI. In recent years, AI technology has made strides in simulating empathy, and we want to delve deeper into how users like you interact with these AI systems. I want to invite you to participate in a 1-2 hour interview where we’ll discuss your experiences with conversational AI (the questions would be fun!). Your thoughts and opinions are crucial in shedding light on this emerging field.

Your participation will contribute to our understanding of simulated empathy in AI and how it affects user interactions. Plus, as a token of our appreciation for your time, we are offering a compensation of $30.

I’m looking for an AI chatbot SaaS that would allow me to show it my website, it would train itself, then I could add a few lines of code to my website to allow my website visitors to talk to the chatbot to get answers to support and pre-sale related questions.

If the chatbot supports allowing user to escalate the question to support (i.e. ask user to click a link to contact us for technical support), that would be a nice feature, too.

But that’s literally all the features I need. I don’t need anything more complicated than that.

Is there a list of this type of chatbots somewhere? Or perhaps one that you could recommend?

I tried to search for these but Google results are basically just full of SEO keyword stuffed thin content.

I recently found this ai called WNR. I think it is great and well designed. It allows you to make ais and talk to them and has less censoring than chatgpt. It also allows for a person to use it everyday instead of every month like a other chat bots. Overall it’s very cool.
