Hi I’m going to build a chatbot for a university admission. Struggled to fine-tune or using RAG or both? And why?!! Any thoughts!

Preferably one where you can actually chat for hours free? My basic google search seems to turn up mostly results where you only get a few messages for free.

Anyone has experience or recommendation to add in comments. I have read the comparison sites. (One seems more popular, but I like the other one more, so I am wondering what I am missing.)
