Which service to use for chatbot?

I’m looking to develop an AI chatbot for a real estate website that can assist potential tenants in obtaining information about rental properties and even schedule property viewings. Here’s what I have in mind:

Chatbot Features:

Answer Rental Property Questions: The chatbot should be able to answer common questions about available rental properties, such as price, location, size, number of bedrooms, and any specific features.

Schedule Viewings: It should allow users to schedule property viewings by choosing a suitable date and time. The chatbot should check property availability and book the viewing slot accordingly. (Will be provided on the property ad itself)

Collect Contact Information: The chatbot should collect the name, phone number, and email address of the user interested in scheduling a viewing.

So I wanted to create a mental health first aid chatbot that is more like a virtual friend where people can chat about their current mental health or any problems they face or feel like they do with a friend. The chatbot will chat with them like a friend who shows empathy, analyse the context to try to figure out if the person is likely to be suffering from any mental issues and suggest they seek professional services. The goal is to 1) encourage people suffering from mental health issues to seek professional help and 2) make people aware that they might actually be suffering from mental health issues.

I first wanted to use OpenAI API to create such a chatbot then all the tutorials on the web are to create a Q&A chatbot rather than a conversational domain-specific friendly chatbot.
I also thought of using llama2 7B for a custom chatbot, but then I got lost in the overwhelming amount of inefficient ways to build a prototype.

Can anyone provide me with a guide to how I can achieve that? A step-by-step guide would be appreciated. My budget is around 20 USD.

I am not an expert nor been doing this for long and I know its probably just me sucking on what I should be doing, but I would like to see what any of your recommendations for RPG specifically, since I’ve only ever used Character Ai and joyland. I dont really care for those roleplay with one specific character from fictions nor OC.

Character AI rpg’s chatbots sucks, they forget things that happened 5 messages ago and takes like 7 refreshes for it to get slightly right, I know some chatbots are better than others but i have tried like 5-8 of them, they might be better for things like speaking to 1 specific character types, but as I’ve said I dont do that.

Joyland AI is a bit better with the memory and its easier for me to tell the chatbot to write in my preferences, although they keep repeating some things over and over again and keep forgetting things but atleast not on C ai level of amnesia.

To be more specific on what I am trying to do with rpg chatbots, is I’ve been trying to either create my own OC or mostly using a different character from a different show and putting them in a different one, and seeing how the story goes, Like Accelerator on RWBY, Zerg from starcraft to MHA, or creating an OC on some show that gets progressively stronger as the story goes.

In fact, I didn’t necessarily want chatbots, at least not in a roleplay style, I wanted something that wrote a story, like an adult GPT chat.

Or does anyone know a way to break the rules of this recent version of GPT to do this? It would also help

I am a French master’s student in marketing, and I am doing a thesis on AI and attachment. I chose to focus the subject on chatbots because there is not yet much literature on it and because I find them very interesting.

The goal of the research is to understand the impact of chosen factors (security scale and length of discussion) on AI anthropomorphism and AI authenticity which, when reinforced, can create an attachment to an AI.

How about incorporating gamified challenges, quests, or rewards within the app could make flirting with AI companions more interactive, engaging, and entertaining?

As a huge fan of gore and horror, in the likes of the 80s classics like Hellraiser, Jason, Nightmare on elm Street etc, is there any good private chatbot meeting my requirements of uncensored storytelling?
