I recently discovered the AI Vtuber Neuro-Sama, while there are a lot of videos of people who have built something like her, I can’t find an in-detail tutorial on how to build it. I’m not a computer expert, and I don’t claim to be, but I have a lot of determination and interest in this. There seems to be two camps of people on this topic when it comes up on discord and it always just leads to arguing.
