Made a tutorial on how to connect OpenAI Assistants API v2 into Voiceflow using a Replit server

It’s actually possible to make all of the Assistants API calls directly within the Voiceflow canvas but you run into timeout issues. I.e., the bot just breaks as the request to Assistants API takes too long for Voiceflow.

So in this walkthrough I deploy the Assistants API calls on a Replit server. And then target the Replit server directly from Voiceflow (using an API block).
