We have created a tutorial on the creation of phonebots, i.e. chatbots (or rather virtual agents) for the telephone channel.
What do you think?
The telephone channel remains among the preferred ones for customer service, in many sectors. With phonebots it is possible to create automated call response management, virtual receptionist, provide self-service information (e.g. order status), etc…
The tutorial is mainly suitable for developers or power users.
