I’m currently new in the chatbot space and am looking to sell to clients does anyone have a good roadmap or good site locations besides fiver and upwork to sell chat bots

ChatGPT has become the clear winner in terms of chatbots. Is anyone using it with their CRM to take actions like book appointments, open customer service tickets, etc?

I use a couple of different CRMS and I’d love to replace podium with a ChatGPT virtual assistant if I could.
