Hey chatbot people,
I love candyai, but I would love to know what are the best alternatives when you get tired of it. Any recommendations? Needs to have amazing chatbot and image generator.
Dont spam low quality options. As I am used to candy high standards.

Was hoping there might be a more present “aggressive” chatbot. No I don’t mean for them to be abusive or something like that. I’m looking for a chatbot that feels more realistic by initiating conversations itself. I’d especially love if the AI bot were able to open the app itself to try and have you communicate with it. Kind of like the “Amadeus” AI on the stiens gate anime. It would go a LONG way into feeling more like a real person I’m speaking to if they had this kind of freedom. Some might find this kind of feature annoying but I’d absolutely love it.

Hey all,
I’m curious about something and wanted to get input from people who actually think about chatbots instead of just “normal users”.
I’ve been experimenting with an idea for a health / nutrition assistant. The rough concept is:
I had a friend try an early version and his honest reaction was:
Which is fair. So I’m trying to understand from a chatbot perspective:
I’m not here to drop links or sell anything—just trying to sanity-check whether this kind of specialized “always-there nutrition partner” has legs, or if it’s destined to be swallowed by general-purpose models + good prompt engineering.
Would love any honest takes, especially from people who’ve built vertical agents or subscription bots before. 🙏

I’ve been trying to find the best options for an AI uncensored, with good memory. Is this the right place for recommendations?

I have tried so long crushonai (the monthly plan i was paying, left me very satisfied, the chat models are very good, sadly the best of the best, is limited). And girlfriendgpt, which it was good for a while, but I wouldn’t try it again.
JuicyChat seems to me a better version of crushonai, even offering cheaper plans who seem to offer better image generation and memory.
But the most important to me, is how good is the model, how natural and how creative and intelligent is for the role-play.

So after the last couple of CharacterAI curveballs, I’ve been hopping between random AI chat sites trying to find something that doesn’t throttle me after 20 messages or ask for a subscription the moment I get into a good convo.
I randomly ended up on wsup.ai a few days ago and… it’s been surprisingly decent? I don’t mean “perfect replacement,” but it’s the first one I didn’t bounce from after 10 minutes.
Stuff I liked so far (as someone who mainly does chatting / RP / AI-girlfriend-style convos):
● No message caps – legit unlimited chats, which honestly shocked me
● Free to use + no login needed (I didn’t even make an account at first)
● Fast responses – not CharacterAI-level personality depth yet, but I didn’t get stuck waiting
● Image gen inside the chat (I’m guessing they switch between models?)
● Works fine on mobile, doesn’t lag like some of the newer sites
● Good for straight AI chat or roleplay, doesn’t get confused every 5 lines
Not saying it’s “the best AI ever,” but it’s been the first one that felt usable without hitting a paywall or a message limit.

I tried Nectar AI for a while and it’s surprisingly solid. The chat quality is the strongest part, responses feel smooth, natural, and way more coherent than most platforms. The generative tools also stand out and honestly feel like something from a higher-tier app.
Not everything is perfect, though. Image quality is just okay, and the value for money isn’t amazing. The free trial is pretty limited, so you don’t really get a full taste before paying. But the customization options, character design, and overall experience are all well above average.
If you’re mainly looking for strong chat quality and good generative tools, Nectar AI is worth trying. Just don’t expect mind-blowing images or a super generous free tier.

I was checking out this site (spritle.com) and noticed they have a chatbot. Does anyone know what framework or service they might be using for it? Just curious about the tech stack and the overall flow behind it.
Thanks!
