  • Codeless reading data from external file

    Asked to create a voicebot answering questions like opening times and availability of products for rental, want to be able to setup the system reading this data from an external text/csv the end user can manage by himself.

    Dialogflow CX, Watsonx Assistant etc seems require some coding to handle that, there is any solution where I can simply drop the file in a standard format and get the info from.
