I’m trying to make an AI on a website that contains multiple characters. Done so in the past easily but for this AI all the characters interact with the user individually, one at a time. However when I try interacting with the AI it responds as different characters from the one I’m supposed to be interacting with. Any advice for phrases or code to add to the AIs description to seclude the different characters and remember the one the user is interacting with at the given moment?

Which service to use for chatbot?

I’m looking to develop an AI chatbot for a real estate website that can assist potential tenants in obtaining information about rental properties and even schedule property viewings. Here’s what I have in mind:

Chatbot Features:

Answer Rental Property Questions: The chatbot should be able to answer common questions about available rental properties, such as price, location, size, number of bedrooms, and any specific features.

Schedule Viewings: It should allow users to schedule property viewings by choosing a suitable date and time. The chatbot should check property availability and book the viewing slot accordingly. (Will be provided on the property ad itself)

Collect Contact Information: The chatbot should collect the name, phone number, and email address of the user interested in scheduling a viewing.

So I wanted to create a mental health first aid chatbot that is more like a virtual friend where people can chat about their current mental health or any problems they face or feel like they do with a friend. The chatbot will chat with them like a friend who shows empathy, analyse the context to try to figure out if the person is likely to be suffering from any mental issues and suggest they seek professional services. The goal is to 1) encourage people suffering from mental health issues to seek professional help and 2) make people aware that they might actually be suffering from mental health issues.

I first wanted to use OpenAI API to create such a chatbot then all the tutorials on the web are to create a Q&A chatbot rather than a conversational domain-specific friendly chatbot.
I also thought of using llama2 7B for a custom chatbot, but then I got lost in the overwhelming amount of inefficient ways to build a prototype.

Can anyone provide me with a guide to how I can achieve that? A step-by-step guide would be appreciated. My budget is around 20 USD.
