Hey guys!

In my company we are having some difficulties finding a chatbot that meets the following needs:

• Direct integration with our system to have information such as product stock, order status, among others and AI to respond autonomously to customers questions about these topics and others;
• Integration of several communication channels (website, Facebook, Instagram);
• Creation of service profiles;
• Possibility to create and send tickets with a specific conversation for someone else to follow up on.

We currently use “Tidio”, but we are unable to do several things that we complement. What do I recommend?

I want sort of like a DND type of roleplay, with new characters introduced in every scene, and creative writing. Every site I find is just one or two established characters, but I want throwaway ones that I use once and then never again in the story. I need it to remember plot points. What service is best for that?
