I would like to ask your opinion on AI’s for practical advice – just practical things in life, relationships, productivity, life coaching stuff, very generally practical advice. Claude AI generally has good advice, ChatGPT even via the API (‘gpt-4’ endpoint) is less useful (most of its answers are pretty hedged and generally less smart or relevant). There have been some new AIs released recently, such as DeepSeek, Grok, or Gemini Pro. Do you have good experience with some of them for this purpose?

Note: I'm not primarily looking for responses like "No LLM is good for practical advice, these are just language models etc.". This disclaimer is assumed. Also is assumed that I will evaluate critically every output I'll get.

We develop a chatbot solution based on our AI engine, mainly used by Enterprise, worldwide.

We want to enter the SMB segment, for this reason, we would be interested in acquiring chatbot SaaS platforms focused on customer service.

Ideal profile:

– Small platforms with a business user base and at least some traction, which the founders / developers no longer want to maintain (e.g. dedicate themselves to other projects)

– SaaS model

– Chatbot for Customer Services

– Small MRR is ok, but of course, not zero

– Ok, if it is only a layer on top of OpenAI API

So, if you have developed a platform for chatbots dedicated to customer service, and you want to dedicate yourself to new goals, let’s talk about it.
