I have been looking online but maybe I don’t formulate my search well enough…
I need to know if there is a solution similar to a robocall chatbot, but instead of me punching numbers on my phone to select choices, it can make it like a conversation.
So this would be a scripted bot that records my answers and puts other questions after that, also the next question can depend on current answers.
My need would be to create a conversational bot that runs CATI surveys (on the phone) – but I remove the need for a human phone operator…
It would be great if this is an API I can send the script to (ideally)
