Unexpectedly Comforted by a Chatbot

Had an unexpected heart-to-heart with a chatbot recently when I was venting about my anxiety over a presentation day at work. It felt like talking to a friend who genuinely cared—it talked me down, soothed my nerves, and gave me the pep talk I desperately needed. It’s crazy how technology can step in and provide that kind of support.
