I would like to set up a customer service chatbot on my website.
Here are some of functions I need most
- It could search answer from specific websites pages
- It allows uploading the knowledge base from word file
- Multi language is supported.
- It allows to search answer form existing knowledge base first, if it does not have the answer then it will find answer from other websites.
What would you guys recommend?
