Diagflow

We use Google a lot at our work, I’m thinking of implementing a chatbot for internal use as well as for customers. I’m thinking diagflow is a good option but am not a developer. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how a complete newbie can get up to spent Diagflow cheaply and quickly to get a basic internal chatbot created then build a similar functioning bot to automate customers needs.
