I started working on my SaaS idea about a 8 months ago. I’m a full-time software engineer and I have a lot of passion for technology solutions for businesses, especially AI. My startup idea is an advanced conversational AI chatbot platform which will allow business owners easily build, prepare and integrate custom AI chatbots to their businesses for the most common use cases such as customer service / support and Q&A to start.
I would like to gain some insights from the community about the following:
- If you are a SaaS startup owner with existing clients, what helped you get your first users or early adopters of your solution And which marketing strategy worked for you the best?
- If an AI solution has excellent quality responses and can properly automate part of your business processes such as customer service or internal support for your employees. Would you consider signing up for this solution?
- In your opinion what is the best use case for AI chatbot technology to help businesses succeed?
- If you built a startup on the side next to your job, what advice can you give me?
