Quick question for the experts

Hello!

I have a quick question; do you guys know how I could connect a chatbot (which I would put on a hotel’s website) with a hotel management software (for example CloudBeds or BetterHotel)?

The primary function of the chatbot would be to make reservations, and my idea is that the reservation info and data would be sent directly to the hotel management software which would store it in it’s built in calendar, so the hotel owners and managers have an easy overview of all the bookings.

I was thinkig of using Voiceflow for the chatbot’s creation, but I’m open to recommendations.
