I need to build a chat bot with my existing knowledge base

Hello everyone,

I need to build a chatbot which can be trained using my existing knowledge base and can act as support engineer. I am planning to use some ready made tools but I don’t think they are best for my use case. Any suggestions on how to proceed further?
