Gen Ai chatbot – A generative AI chatbot is a type of conversational AI system that uses deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to generate human-like text responses in real-time. These chatbots can hold text-based conversations with users, understand user input, and generate contextually relevant responses.
Gen Ai agent – Generative AI Agents combines the power of large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with your enterprise data, letting users query diverse enterprise knowledge bases.
AI virtual assistants – more capable than simple algorithm chatbot, perform tasks like scheduling appointments, setting reminders, providing directions, making purchases, and controlling smart devices.
Conversational Ai chatbot – Means human-like conversations with bot
