Are there US companies facilitating AI training for chinese clients/companies?

I am currently on a side gig, using Scale AIs, AI training platform, the company is based in US but I wonder if it is possible if these clients can be chinese (PRC). Team lead of my pipeline wont share details about who this client is I am training AI for. Isnt there any nationwide restriction in US to offer AI services to chinese clients? How can I find out of if company i am working for is selling AI services to chinese. I really dont want to contribute to PRC in any way. Thx.
