WhatsApp chatbot for customer service

Hey,

I am trying to build a WhatsApp chatbot for customer service with WhatsApp cloud api

and I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to manage messages and can’t find a solution

I want to build a bot that will reply with a button message for the client (with automated messages) and one button for transfer to agent.

I want to transfer to client only messages that will be replied by a human representative

is that possible ?

will appreciate any help!
