Creating Chatbots for Small Businesses — ADVICE

Everything in my gut says this will get downvoted, but it’s worth a shot…

I was thinking of starting something on the side where I’d offer to build and manage chatbots for companies (I’m assuming small businesses).

As a knee-jerk reaction, does this sound viable if I were to use a white-label chatbot service? I don’t expect to have invented the wheel here — nor reinvented it — but I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions or experience in this field.
