Could you help me understand: is there such a thing as CHAT SALE?

I’m a PROGRAMMER and I have a business that is fully AUTOMATED in chat. Meaning I have a WhatsApp and others CHATBOTS that you choose out of catalog, and you can PAY ON CHAT etc.

Even Customer Support is given in the same chat by AI mainly and have option for human intervention🤩

Trying to understand if there’s others that experience same thing, and I’m sure lots aren’t programmers so how did you managed to build it?
