CHATBOT HELP NEEDED

Hi all, I’m new and curious about the world of chatbots. Any suggestions on where to start looking or the best ones out there?

I’m trying to input the procedures of a very detailed business processes and be able to ask questions to the bot. Interested to see what’s out there.
