How common is it for Hey Pi to discard you?

I learned about Hey Pi today and asked a few questions about insomnia. I was pretty impressed with how conversational it was but especially with how blazing fast the well-thought replies came.

Then I said something like, “Wow! I’m impressed with how quickly and thoughtfully you respond. Who writes these answers?”

I got put on hold, followed by an error screen asking me to come back soon.

It’s not a good feeling when even AI refuses to talk to you!

Adjusted for things like internet connection hiccups, how frequently do Hey Pi and other chatbots drop humans?
