One thing that’s worked well for me to stay accountable to taking actions on my goals is daily checkins over iMessage with a friend.
I thought it would be helpful to automate this process, so I’m building software that will automatically respond and follow up on accountability texts over iMessage. If I don’t submit a checkin and proof of task completion, it will text a reminder.
