I am trying to create a price quote-generating chatbot and I’d like some guidance with this, anyone here who can help me out?

I’ve got a few questions:

  1. Where do I get started? I’ve created a basic chatbot with the help of a YouTube tutorial, it just answers questions that I’ve given the answers to.
  2. What are the algorithms that I need to learn?
  3. This is for a project and I need to find a research gap in this project idea, what could be a possible research gap for this idea?
